Century Roll was founded in 2013 with a focused specialty in rolling and forming. As customer needs grew, Century Roll expanded its capabilities into metal processing and fabrication, allowing the team to provide more complete, in-house solutions while maintaining the precision the company was built on.

That expansion led to the acquisition of Michigan Steel Fab, a company founded in 1992 with a long-standing reputation for quality steel fabrication. In June 2024, Century Roll purchased Michigan Steel Fab, bringing together two Michigan-based teams with decades of combined experience in rolling, forming, and fabrication.

Today, the combined companies operate with a shared commitment to skilled craftsmanship, safety, clear communication, and doing the job right the first time. By uniting Century Roll’s specialized forming expertise with Michigan Steel Fab’s fabrication background, the team is able to support a wider range of projects, from specialized components to full-service metal fabrication.
